It was a surprise trip for us and so we decided to surprise our families. We were bringing back an old van and bringing down a new one. Yes, we spent 6 days driving back and forth. But to be able to see our families was totally worth it.
There were many surprises and lots of great stories. We are working on a video so you can see the trip and the reactions of our families.
One of the most exciting things was getting to meet our niece for the first time. She was everything and more than we expected. She is beautiful and has such a calm sweet spirit about her. I promise there will be more to come but I wanted to show everyone this.

What a joy it was to spend the holidays with our families. We treasured every moment we had with them. We are now getting adjusted back down here and preparing for GIC which is right around the corner. We hope you all had a blessed Christmas and may 2009 be a year of much growth and happiness. We love you all.
