Part 3

Skagway, Alaska

By far our favorite city
(Hints why we have so many pictures.)

This city had an old fashion feeling to it. The buildings were beautiful.

Us being goofy

We decided on this day that we would venture out on our own and take off walking to see what we could find. We heard about a cool waterfall so we headed out to see if we could find it.
Along the way we found this amazing river that ran into the ocean.
Notice this entire city is surrounded by mountains and beautiful ones!!

There was also a train track that ran through the city.

Check out this cool rock I found!

Here we found this old cemetery from the Gold Rush

We finally found the waterfall!

It was breathtaking!
And well worth the hike!

When you look back at the pictures you begin to see that they don't do justice. Being there in God's untouched creation was so amazing!

I really like this picture. I am going to blow it up in black & white.

This is Preston in front of our cruise ship and his favorite mountain.
We waited all day for the clouds to move from the peak but they never did!
(at least that we know of!)
When you are on vacation and you are taking a zillion photos you always need to be on the lookout for those funny shots! Well here is Preston literately putting his butt where most people put their cigarette butts! He is only obeying the sign!

Don't ask because we don't know!!

We love and miss you guys!!!
